The Cambridge Family YMCA is a nonprofit community service organization.
The mission of the Cambridge Family YMCA is to promote and inspire life-long
development for children, adults and families through programs that build healthy spirit,
mind and body for all.

The Y achieves this through a broad range of activities that serves a community rich in racial, religious, ethnic and economic diversity.
Open Monday through Thursday, 5:30 am to 10 pm;
Friday, 5:30 am to 9 pm; Saturdays, 6 am to 7 pm;
Sunday, 9 am to 5 pm.
