in a historic five-floor building. When you first enter the Market you may find yourself overwhelmed—150 dealers display their antiques and collectibles on all floors including the lower level furniture department. However, it won’t take you long to find that treasure you have been looking for. With so many vendors in one building there’s something for everyone—from that earthenware batter bowl like Grandma had or the Bakelite bracelet in that unusual color, the oriental runner for the hallway, or the crystal chandelier you need for the dining room—even the dining room set—it’s all here. The staff is friendly and helpful. (Open Tuesdays through Sundays, 11 am to 6 pm; Monday holidays, 11 am to 6 pm.)
